“Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.” (Ephesians 6:18)
Prayer is the way we talk with God. And he wants to get to know us better! God even commands us to pray to him. It must become a regular part of our life. Jesus models prayer for us in the Bible by praying regularly.
Prayer is always available to us. It helps us defeat temptation, keeps our hearts humble, strengthens our faith, and helps us understand our emotions.
