VERB is where high school students (9th-12th Grade) can connect with God, with other students, and with committed adult leaders who want to help them come to Christ and grow in Christ.

A verb is a word used to describe an action. Jesus came to perform difficult verbs such as loving unconditionally, teaching, healing, and sacrificing. Emmanuel Church wants to be a movement of students in action. We aren't called to look like everyone else, we're called to stand out.

While the world is caught up in its own 'verbs,' we want to focus on God's VERBs.

What to Expect

Each VERB focuses on a specific theme and includes an encouraging message, engaging worship, and lots of fun!

Each service starts at 6:00 pm, but students are able to come early and enjoy games and activities in the lobby. VERB ends at 7:30 pm.

Students will learn how to take their next step at Emmanuel Church, and it’s also a great place for students to invite friends to check out church for the first time.

If it’s your first visit, make sure to stop by the Visitor Hub tent when you arrive and say hi! We’ll answer any questions you might have and help make sure your experience is a great one!
